Ridiculously yours..

All lessons in life are learnt in a weird and sometimes difficult ways. I walk on the streets of Pune, a beloved city of mine, I hope and pray that the city remains the same for its charm. So what if there is a constantly increasing slum population?, increasing number of potholes, the number of stray dogs who chase the hell out of us at nights?. Why do I expect the city to remain the same when I will not?. Just one of the more selfish ways the human mind works.

I don't think I will stop myself one bit if I end up on the receiving end of the bad side of Pune ( my previous posts stand proofs), just like the guy who met with a serious accident because a stray dog was chasing him, or some one who fell in a pothole he couldn't see, or a bihari guy who cannot proudly say he is a,bihari when he is renting out a house. The list is endless..

Yesterday I saw a huge group of people who had assembled around a couple of guys throwing punches at each other. I am sure I will find the video on YOU TUBE in some time (Just like you people found it on my blog..), the two guys met with an accident on the road, and who was at fault would be decided by the victor of this competition. If our roads had cctv cameras installed, then I am sure TV channels would start coming up with the footage and ask viewers to vote and decide who was at fault. The result would be announced a la Indian Idol...Janta ne kise chuna hain..and the winner would punch the other real hard in front of an audience and will fulfill his maa ka sapna.

The age we have arrived at is wonderful, we have an opinion about anything and everything and the Indian tendency of dialog baazi will never go. The proof to the fact are the words of an oldie having his tea at a tapri ( a place were, debates more meaningful than our parliament house happen) when a debate around the current  IPL scam ensued. He said : When clothes need to be ironed twice, how can you expect the nation to be honest just like that!!
Bravo my friend, you just won a Razzie for those words of yours

This is the world we live in...Teda hai par mera hain!!!

Footnotes:
All the characters in the above post are fictitious and are the piece of imagination of a guy who likes to call himself  the Tale Weaver (ya right!!). So you know who just won a Razzie (your guess is as good as mine)

A few days more

First of all, Thank you every one for supporting me for what I went through. I must admit that I had lost my mind for sometime, and I shouldnt have so, I apologize to everyone whom felt offended by the previous post . There is a way to actually make right of the wrong I did, but I think I will need your support. Seema, a blogger, had suggested to send him get well soon cards!. I would need your support, I dont know what exactly I want to do, so I think you people will have to pitch in with some ideas...Do keep them coming, and lets see where we can go with it

In the meantime, I must again apologize for being irregular with my blog. I promise I will start writing regularly once I settle down in the new apartment( which BTW is much better than the one I was denied..so I have more to celebrate).

There is one last thing before I sign off, I want someone to do me a favor. Whoever is good with Photoshop, please try and design a display image for my blog. I dont want anything very colorful, a simple and decent one would do. So if there is anyone who can actually do that for me I would be very grateful

Thanks in advance

( keep your ideas and suggestions coming)
